This thesis begins with hfc network theory and docsis, analyses modulation / demodulation process of data communication in hfc . then, several theories are analysed including qam ( quadrature amplitude modulation ), nyquist root square filter, fec ( forward error correction ), map ( bandwidth allocation map ) . and digital signal transmission involved the other important international standard ? itu-t j . 83 annex a / b, is discussed 本文從hfc網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論和docsis協(xié)議入手,分析了hfc數(shù)據(jù)通信的調(diào)制解調(diào)過程,對(duì)qam調(diào)制、奈奎斯特均方根濾波器、前向糾錯(cuò)(forwarderrorcorrection,簡(jiǎn)稱fec)、map通信等進(jìn)行了闡述;還從中探討了電纜調(diào)制解調(diào)器需要用到的另一個(gè)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ituj.83annexa/b所設(shè)計(jì)的mpeg信號(hào)的數(shù)字傳輸。

For the first time, an integrated waveguide turning mirror ( 1wtm ) in soi was put forward and realized . using anisotropic etching technology with koh solution, the mirror surface was very smooth with root square roughness only 5.19nm, and the mirror was vertical to the wafer surface because of the crystalline relationship 論文首次設(shè)計(jì)并制作了soi上集成波導(dǎo)式轉(zhuǎn)彎微鏡(iwtm),利用硅的koh各向異性腐蝕特性制作出的微鏡表面非常光亮,均方根粗糙僅為5.19nm,并且由于鏡面是腐蝕出的晶面,其與晶片表面非常垂直。
